The Project includes Bulk Earthworks, preparation for building pads and bus bay relocations, in ground Electrical and Fibre Services, Electrical installations, Mechanical installations, new Patios, Concrete Slabs, and the de complexing / relocation / complexing of the Permit Hut Buildings.

Scope:
Involves the remediation to the internal fabric and a realignment of the front of house food and associated lounge and seating areas.
The overall works to both Dining Halls consist of replacing the flooring substructure, a refresh of the internal areas, including new cabinetry, furniture, and servery equipment throughout, as well as new furniture and equipment, along with mechanical and electrical upgrades throughout. All works are undertaken whilst maintaining the operational capability, functionality, and serviceability. We have transitioned in excess of 40 individuals through the BHP and Compass medical and induction process.

Scope:
To provide HVAC maintenance for the existing mechanical services at the Roy Hill mine camp. We produced a Maintenance Plan detailing scheduled monthly checks for the Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation & Mechanical Services with all works being completed as per the relevant standards and codes.
Our approach follows a tested criteria of checks and preventative measures with prompt reporting and asset management to ensure the longevity of all the equipment we service.
